5. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

  • Physical Products: We offer a 30-day return policy (as per your brand details) for unopened and unused physical products.

  • Processing: Please allow up to 14 days for the return of funds to your original payment method once the return is approved.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged.
