1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

  • Physical Products: All orders for our Hair Growth Oil Serum are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Digital Products: Our Book of 52 Affirmations is delivered instantly to your email inbox upon successful checkout. If you do not receive the link within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder.

  • High Volume Periods: During sales or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

We ship nationwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1–3 business days after processing.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your oil serum has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working hard to bring StrandzHairGro to our international family soon!

5. DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

StrandzHairGro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
